The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for running smoothly by making sure every store gets the right ingredients, on time, every time — so our teams can focus on brewing happiness. You will oversee the end-to-end operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, import/export coordination, and supplier performance, ensuring a timely, cost-efficient, and compliant supply to support daily operations and store expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement, inventory planning, logistics, and distribution for all stores.
- Support supply readiness for new store openings and expansion plans.
- Source, negotiate, and manage local and international suppliers.
- Oversee import processes, including documentation, HS codes, and customs clearance.
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock shortages or overstock.
- Maintain accurate data and reporting in ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus).
- Track supply chain KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics.
- Experience working with Modern Trade is preferred (e.g., managing distribution to nationwide retail networks).
- Experience in F&B, retail, or multi-branch operations is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of inventory planning, supplier management, and logistics operations
- Hands-on experience with import processes, customs clearance, and regulatory documentation.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, expanding organization.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
