Job Purpose
To support the overall merchandising strategy of the assigned brand by analyzing trends, planning product assortments, and ensuring the right products are available at the right time and place — driving sales growth while staying true to the brand’s unique identity and customer lifestyle.
Responsibilities
- Assist in building seasonal line plans based on sales history, trend forecast, and target customer.
- Participate in setting pricing strategies and product positioning.
- Coordinate with buying, retail, and marketing teams to align product assortment with brand positioning
- Monitor weekly/monthly sales, sell-through rates, and propose in-season actions.
- Ensure optimal stock levels across all channels (retail, online, wholesale).
- Select SKUs in line with global/regional assortment and adapt to local needs.
- Ensure a balance of core, seasonal, and trend-right products.
- Work closely with buying, retail operations, marketing, and visual merchandising teams.
- Coordinate with warehouse/supply chain teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Conduct store visits and competitor analysis regularly.
- Track lifestyle/fashion trends and translate them into product opportunities.
- Prepare detailed merchandising reports and dashboards.
- Present seasonal review and recommendations to senior management.
- Assist in training retail teams on product knowledge and key launches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in fashion, footwear, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Passion for streetwear, youth culture, and brand storytelling.
- Proficiency in Excel and merchandising/planning tools.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with speed and flexibility.
