Operation support & coordinator (Gong cha)

What you will do:

At Gong cha Thailand, the team coordinator & admin is a key support role that helps keep our stores brewing happiness every day. You’ll be right at the heart of operations-working with suppliers, store managers, and internal teams to make sure orders, payments, documents, and incentives are handled smoothly and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with suppliers on orders, delivery, and payment follow-ups.
  • Support document status, invoice checking, monitoring and coordinating with finance and warehouse team.
  • Coordinate with store team managers on daily operational matters and information update.
  • Track, calculate, and prepare incentive and commission reports.
  • Assist with related tasks for daily operation such as preparing materials, coordinating with agencies/vendors, and supporting campaign execution.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain operational documents, reports, and records.
  • Follow up on admin tasks, approvals, and action items to ensure timely completion.
  • Support day-to-day operational activities and ad-hoc requests.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in operations support, procurement, customer service, or administrative roles.
  • Experience in F&B, retail, or multi-branch operations is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP systems.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
