Marketing Manager (fashion, lifestyle & sportswear brands)

Job Purpose

The Marketing Manager will work in a dynamic and fast- paced retail environment. He/she will be responsible for generating marketing strategies to expand brand share, driving the growth of the brands, managing budget and taking care of all marketing aspects of the brands responsible.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic plan and marketing activities in order to strengthen brand awareness & equity of assigned brands.
  • Plan and execute all marketing communications through media both online and offline channels.
  • Plan and execute marketing activities and campaigns and be able to manage them to achieve ROI goals.
  • Plan and manage all marketing budgets to align with business objectives
  • Monitor, analyze, and evaluate marketing performance and consumer insight, identify market needs and liaise with related parties both within and outside the company to improve performance.
  • Develop strong working relationships with principles, key accounts and business partners
  • Seek out new marketing opportunities that fit with the brands by anticipating consumer trends.
  • Develop high quality and supportive marketing materials (collaterals) that align with the brand strategies.
  • Seek for and collaborate with related KOL and athletes to support the brands and help boost brand awareness and engagement.
  • Ad hoc projects and jobs assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degrees in business management fields.
  • 5-10 years’ proven direct experience working in the marketing field.
  • Drive for results and have a leadership mind-set.
  • Excellent understanding of full marketing mix.
  • Be able to work under pressure.
  • Highly creative with ability to think out of the box.
  •  “Can-do” and “Hands-on” attitudes.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Open minded and willing to listen to other opinions.
  • Up to date with latest trends and marketing practices.
  • Good knowledge of digital marketing and comfortable with online and social media.
  • Advanced command of Microsoft offices, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Superior presentation skills.
  • Good command of English language skills.
  • Outgoing, Sports and travel enthusiasm.
  • Having experience with sport brands will be specially considered.
  • Hands-on sports marketing activity is also a plus.
