HR & Administrative Officer

Job Purpose

To provide administrative and HR support to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations. This role focuses on handling employee documentation, coordinating HR-related processes, and maintaining accurate employee records. The HR & Admin Staff also assists in recruitment, onboarding, and employee services, helping the HR department deliver effective support and maintain compliance with organizational policies.

Job Responsibilities

Human Resources

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process: posting job ads, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Prepare employment contracts and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.

Administration

  • Oversee office administration, including office supplies, facilities, and general services.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for office needs.
  • Manage correspondence, documents, and filing systems (both physical and electronic).
  • Organize company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
  • Provide administrative support to management and other departments as required.
  • Monitor and control administrative expenses to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and professional working environment for all employees.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, Administration, or related roles.
  • Fresh graduates with strong internship experience in HR/Admin may also be considered.
  • Strong computer literacy (MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good command in English
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Creative and Brings fresh ideas and enthusiasm.
  • Proactive, service-minded, and a good team player.
