Job Purpose
To provide administrative and HR support to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations. This role focuses on handling employee documentation, coordinating HR-related processes, and maintaining accurate employee records. The HR & Admin Staff also assists in recruitment, onboarding, and employee services, helping the HR department deliver effective support and maintain compliance with organizational policies.
Job Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process: posting job ads, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Prepare employment contracts and maintain accurate employee records.
- Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
Administration
- Oversee office administration, including office supplies, facilities, and general services.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for office needs.
- Manage correspondence, documents, and filing systems (both physical and electronic).
- Organize company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
- Provide administrative support to management and other departments as required.
- Monitor and control administrative expenses to ensure cost efficiency.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and professional working environment for all employees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, Administration, or related roles.
- Fresh graduates with strong internship experience in HR/Admin may also be considered.
- Strong computer literacy (MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good command in English
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to handle multiple tasks.
