Job Purpose

We are looking for a passionate and driven individual who is eager to grow in the e-commerce and marketplace business. This role supports Shopee and Lazada store performance through strong execution, attention to detail, and proactive coordination to help drive sustainable sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Coordination

• Manage and Update product information, pricing, promotion and stock availability across platform (Shopee, Lazada)
• Coordinate with internal teams (Key Account, Warehouse, Finance) to support campaign execution and marketing activity
• Coordinate with platform Key Account Managers (Shopee/Lazada/etc.) on exposure deals, vouchers, mega campaigns, and exclusive programs.
• Assist in planning monthly/quarterly promotional calendars and ensure timely setup of deals, bundles, flash sales, and price changes.
• Monitor slow-moving items and propose clearance or repush strategies.
• Coordinate with creative teams on campaign banners, PDP images, and content updates to improve conversion.
• Ensure product details, image and content meet each platform’s guidelines
• Monitor sales performance, traffic, and basic KPIs
• Handle basic issue troubleshooting (order, pricing, promotion errors)
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
• Support the team in executing various e-commerce initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related fields
• 1–3 years of experience in E-commerce, Marketplace, or Digital Sales
• Passionate about online marketplaces and e-commerce growth
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
• Detail-oriented, agile, and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of Shopee/Lazada systems, campaign mechanics, and platform operations is an advantage.
• Proficient in Excel, data analysis, and performance tracking dashboards.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn
