We are looking for a Delivery Platform Assistant Manager who enjoys challenges and thrives in a dynamic environment.
The Delivery Platform Assistant Manager plays an important role in driving nationwide delivery performance by managing campaigns, media visibility, and coordination across multiple delivery platforms. This role ensures smooth execution of promotions, accurate campaign mechanics, and effective collaboration with platform partners, helping Gong cha stores focus on delivering great drinks across Thailand.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and manage nationwide delivery platform operations across multiple platforms
- Coordinate with delivery platform partners on campaigns, promotions, and media placements
- Plan, calculate, and execute campaign mechanics, pricing, and promotional offers
- Manage platform media activities to maximize visibility and traffic
- Monitor sales performance, campaign results, and platform KPIs
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution at store level
- Ensure menu accuracy, availability, and timely updates across platforms
- Support onboarding and rollout for new store openings on delivery platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in delivery platforms, e-commerce, digital marketing, or key account management
- Experience working with major delivery platforms
- Experience in F&B, QSR, or multi-branch retail is an advantage
- Strong numerical and analytical skills for campaign mechanics and performance tracking
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Able to manage multiple platforms in a fast-paced environment
