Role Summary


The Business Partnership – Product & Marketing role is responsible for driving product innovation,
joint go-to-market execution, co-marketing initiatives, and strategic partnership growth. The role
works cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and external partners to design, launch,
and scale products that deliver measurable business outcomes.

1. Key Responsibilities

A. Product Strategy & Partner Integration

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners that enhance product strategy.
  • Co-create or integrate partner-driven features, content, or technology.
  • Align partner offerings with product roadmap and customer needs.
  • Manage integration strategies (API, platform, ecosystem).

B. Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy

  • Build joint GTM plans for new product launches.
  • Lead co-branded marketing and PR activities.
  • Align partner and internal marketing calendars.
  • Support sales teams with launch materials, messaging, and enablement.

C. Marketing Partnerships & Brand Growth

  • Execute co-marketing campaigns (webinars, case studies, events, digital).
  • Expand brand reach via partner channels and audiences.
  • Strengthen product positioning through credible brand associations.
  • Manage partner brand guidelines and co-branding assets.

D. Relationship & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the main liaison between product, marketing, sales, and partners.
  • Maintain long-term partnerships with regular business reviews.
  • Resolve conflicts and drive alignment across teams.
  • Manage partner expectations and deliverables.

E. Data, Insights & Performance

  • Track partnership KPIs (leads, revenue, product usage, engagement).
  • Analyze customer insights and market data to inform strategy.
  • Optimize partnership performance and propose new growth opportunities.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends.

F. Commercial & Business Growth

  • Support revenue targets through partner channels.
  • Build business cases for new partnership investments.
  • Lead negotiations on co-marketing budgets, commercial terms, and product commitments.
  • Drive cross-sell, upsell, bundling, and ecosystem monetization opportunities.

G. Internal Enablement

  • Train internal teams on partner solutions and integrated value propositions.
  • Develop playbooks, brand guidelines, and partnership onboarding materials.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Ops.
