In 1999, Mr. Chaiyut Srivikorn founded Thai Outdoor Group with a vision to bring the world’s leading lifestyle and outdoor brands to Thailand. Over the years, he has grown the company into a trusted name in retail, representing global icons such as The North Face, Vans, Dickies, Eagle Creek, Salomon and Gong cha.
With more than three decades of leadership spanning retail, manufacturing, hospitality, and corporate governance, Mr. Chaiyut, a person with meticulous to small details, blends entrepreneurial vision with a deep understanding of both local and global markets. His strategic approach has enabled TOG to expand into sports, lifestyle, travel, and food & beverage, creating brands and experiences that connect with consumers nationwide.
Beyond the business growth, he is committed to building long-term business partnerships, while continuously fostering innovation and delivering value to customers and our partners. Today TOG has continued to strive and evolve with the fast-changing retail landscape and consumer needs; however, while staying true to its mission—to inspire active lifestyles and memorable experiences.
Appointed Vice Chairman in 2025, Mrs. Parinthorn Srivikorn has been a key part of Thai Outdoor Group’s leadership for nearly two decades. Joining the company in 2006 as Executive Vice President, she has helped guide its expansion into a portfolio of global brands, including The North Face, Vans, Dickies, and Gong cha.
With a career spanning finance, asset management, real estate, and retail, she brings a rare combination of strategic insight and hands-on business experience. Her leadership continues to shape TOG’s growth—ensuring that every brand in the group connects meaningfully with customers and stays ahead in a fast-changing market.
Ms. Achana Rattana brings a robust foundation in finance and auditing to her leadership at Thai Outdoor Group, which she joined in 2007. Her rapid ascent into senior management roles has been instrumental in shaping the company’s operational framework and brand trajectory. In 2018, she was appointed Managing Director of Thai Outdoor Sport Co., Ltd. and Action Perfect Co., Ltd., where she currently oversees strategic initiatives focused on operational excellence, sustainable growth, and customer-centric innovation.
With over 20 years of professional experience—spanning senior audit positions at KPMG to the management of retail operations for globally recognized brands—Ms. Achana has consistently demonstrated the ability to drive business performance and organizational transformation. Under her stewardship, Thai Outdoor Group has significantly expanded its market presence, introduced forward-looking retail strategies, and grown its portfolio of international brands across the sports, travel, and lifestyle sectors.
Ms. Achana combines rigorous financial discipline with a strategic vision for brand development and market positioning. Her leadership continues to reinforce Thai Outdoor Group’s standing as a market leader in Thailand’s competitive retail landscape, while aligning with the company’s long-term objectives for innovation, profitability, and stakeholder value creation.
With over two decades of experience in brand management and retail, Mr. Chanai Payakkapan has played a significant role in shaping Thai Outdoor Group’s brand and distribution channel portfolio. Since joining in 2013 and currently stepping into the role of Senior Director in 2025, he has led the growth of major leading brands in outdoor sports, travel gear and lifestyle apparel — ensuring they are well managed to align with company objectives and brands’ directions, and streamlined retail channels to support future business expansion
His career spans key areas covering marketing strategy, product management, business administration, retail operation and international business cooperation from multiple industries, giving him a broad perspective on market trends and business expansion. Known for his hands-on approach, Mr. Chanai focuses on understanding deep into customer needs, delivering brand experiences that resonate with customers, expanding market presence, and building up strong team.
Bringing a wealth of experience in business strategy, retail expansion, and brand development, Mr.Sthira Jotikasthira joined Thai Outdoor Group to lead strategy and business development while also serving as General Manager of Perfect Step.
Before joining TOG, Mr.Sthira held senior leadership roles at major Thai and regional companies, including Head of Business Development at Central Retail Corporation, Head of Business Development & Financial Planning at JASPAL Group, and strategic consulting with Deloitte Consulting SEA. His background also spans retail innovation, e-commerce, and market growth initiatives at Siam Cement Group.
With a track record of driving new business opportunities and scaling high-profile brands, Mr.Sthira now focuses on guiding TOG’s expansion into new markets, strengthening its brand portfolio, and building the growth path for Perfect Step in the food & beverage sector.
