We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Store Planning & Construction Officer to join our growing Store Design team. This role is ideal for someone who understands retail space, loves design, and can translate ideas into real shop drawings and built stores.
What You’ll Do
· Design retail stores, pop-up stores, and temporary retail spaces
· Create layout plans, shop drawings, and furniture detail drawings
· Plan and optimize retail space usage for fashion, sports, and F&B brands
· Coordinate design approvals with shopping malls and landlords
· Work with architects, designers, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
· Control store decoration and construction budget
· Support documentation related to construction and decoration costs
· Conduct site visits, inspections, and store opening support
· Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced retail environment
What We’re Looking For
· 1–3 years experience in retail design, interior design, or store planning
· Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields
· Strong understanding of retail space planning and technical drawings
· Experience in Fashion, Sports, Lifestyle, or F&B retail is a plus
· Skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max or similar design tools
· Good communication and coordination skills
· Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
· Willing to travel upcountry and work after-hours or on weekends when needed
· Good English communication skills

· Portfolio is required
· Shop drawing and technical drawing samples will be highly preferred (e.g., furniture details, joinery details, layout drawings, construction drawings)
Applicants with strong technical drawing skills and real retail project experience will be prioritized.
