E-commerce Operation Executive

Job Purpose

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented individual who would like to grow in the e-commerce field. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth daily online store operations, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and supporting business growth through accurate reporting and strong operational coordination.

Online Store Operations

  • Manage daily order operations including order processing, cancellations, returns, and refunds
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Update product information, pricing, promotions, and stock status on E-commerce Platform (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, Brands.com)
  • Support online campaigns and peak sales periods (Mega Campaigns, Flash Sales, etc.)

Customer Service

  • Deliver friendly, professional, and prompt customer support across chat, email, social media, and website
  • Handle customer inquiries and issues with empathy and a problem-solving attitude
  • Build positive customer experiences that encourage trust and repeat purchases
  • Proactively identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements

Daily Sales Reporting

  • Prepare and maintain daily sales reports with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Prepare and manage monthly performance reports for all assigned channels
  • Track key metrics such as sales revenue, number of orders, and campaign performance
  • Take initiative in identifying unusual trends or discrepancies and escalate them appropriately
  • Use data to support operational decision-making and continuous improvement

PR / PO Coordination

  • Support operational and campaign execution by preparing and opening PR / PO documents
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure timely approvals and accurate documentation
  • Track PR/PO status and maintain organized records
  • Demonstrate accountability by ensuring purchasing processes align with business needs and timelines

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related fields
  • 1–3 years of experience in E-commerce Operations or Customer Service
  • Passionate about e-commerce, online retail, and customer experience
  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
  • Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and improve
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment
  • Work well under pressure and handle service-oriented tasks effectively
  • Good communication skills and positive teamwork attitude
