Senior E-commerce Key Account Supervisor – Tiktok

Job Purpose

We are looking for a passionate and performance-driven leader to own and scale TikTok Shop business. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong strategic partnerships with TikTok, while continuously optimizing live commerce and campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

TikTok Shop Business Ownership

  • Own overall TikTok Shop performance including sales, traffic, conversion rate, and ROAS
  • Drive sustainable revenue growth through campaign execution, live commerce, and content strategies
  • Take full accountability for TikTok Shop P&L and performance targets
  • Monitor daily performance and proactively identify risks and growth opportunities

Campaign & Platform Management

  • Lead planning and execution of TikTok campaigns (Mega Campaigns, Brand Day, Flash Sale, etc.)
  • Main point of contact with TikTok Key Account Managers / BD teams
  • Secure campaign opportunities, visibility, vouchers, and platform support
  • Ensure promotion accuracy, stock readiness, and smooth execution during peak periods

Live Commerce & Content Strategy

  • Develop and optimize Live Commerce strategy (live schedule, product mix, host planning, pricing)
  • Planning content, creativity, and coordinating with live teams to improve engagement and conversion
  • Analyze live performance and continuously refine execution
  • Stay updated on TikTok trends, algorithms, and best practices

Report & Stakeholder Management

  • Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to management
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and campaign performance reports
  • Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders (marketing, operation, warehouse, finance)
  • Support management in strategic planning and decision-making

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related fields
  • 1- 4 years of experience in E-commerce, Marketplace, or TikTok Shop
  • Strong understanding of TikTok ecosystem, live commerce, and performance marketing
  • Highly data-driven with strong analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Passionate about TikTok, content commerce, and fast-moving digital business
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
