Job Purpose
We are looking for a passionate and creative Graphic Designer who would like to grow in the digital and e-commerce space. This role supports brand communication and online sales by creating visually compelling designs while continuously learning and improving creative execution across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Design & Execution
- Create visual assets for websites, marketplaces, social media, and online campaigns
- Design banners, key visuals, thumbnails, and digital promotional materials
- Adapt brand guidelines into platform-specific visuals while maintaining brand consistency
- Support campaign execution timelines with accuracy and attention to detail
Collaboration & Ownership
- Work closely with marketing, e-commerce, and content teams to understand campaign objectives
- Take ownership of assigned design tasks from concept to final output
- Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards
Creative Growth & Improvement
- Stay curious and up to date with digital design, video, and social media trends
- Continuously improve design, video, and content creation skills
- Suggest creative ideas to enhance engagement and conversion
- Learn to optimize visuals for performance across platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or related fields
- 0–3 years of experience in graphic or digital design
- Open to fresh graduates
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or video tools are a plus)
- Interest or experience in video editing and photography is plus
- Passionate about design, branding, and digital content
- Detail-oriented with strong ownership and accountability
