Brand Manager (fashion & sportswear brands)

Job Purpose

To lead the brand with strategic vision and strong execution. The Brand Manager will drive brand equity, market share, and profitability by managing integrated marketing campaigns, optimizing product positioning, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring all operations reflect brand’s global identity and local relevance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic brand plans aligned with global direction and local market insights.
  • Monitor market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand events both online and offline.
  • Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Leverage consumer insights to improve brand relevance and engagement.
  • Work closely with Merchandising and Buying teams to develop product assortments that resonate with local consumers.
  • Support decisions related to pricing, product placement, and seasonal promotional strategies.
  • Build and manage relationships with influencers, KOLs, and brand partners to expand brand reach and visibility.
  • Lead local collaborations and community marketing initiatives.
  • Manage the brand marketing budget efficiently and ensure all campaigns deliver strong ROI.
  • Support the rollout of new stores and local retail initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in brand management, marketing, or retail business development, ideally in a fashion, lifestyle, or premium consumer goods brand.
  • Background in retail operations, consumer marketing, or fashion/lifestyle industry is a plus.
  • Processing a good level of interpersonal skills, communication skills, leadership, International or regional brand exposure is a plus (e.g., working with global teams or adapting global brand strategies to local market).Previous responsibility for brand P&L, budget ownership, and ROI-focused decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai.
