Senior HR Supervisor urgently required!

Job Purpose

The Senior HR Supervisor will be mainly responsible for recruitment and training functions for all employee levels. This person will work independently to plan and manage their day-to-day tasks and provide all related reports to the HR Manager.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Sourcing for candidates, be the administrator of talent resource at all channels (company job board, online, social, job site, etc.).
  • Be an active recruiter by making the professional approach to the potential candidates, using variety of recruitment tools in matching candidate with company needs.
  • Manage schedule of recruitment activities, contact candidate, make appointment for interview, represent HR interview, conclude interview result, offer and complete hiring process.
  • Accountable in keeping record, provide report analysis of recruitment activities.
  • Involve in all employee engagement activities, employee survey activities, filing all data and record, analysis and provide relevant reports.
  • Responsible for employee training activities both internal and external.
  • Responsible for the whole process of submitting training plan to the department of development for tax saving purpose. Keep training record and provide reports to the management.

Requirements

  • Male/Female, age between 25-30 years is preferable.
  • Bachelor degree of human resource management or related field.
  • At least 3-year experience in recruitment role.
  • Computer literacy in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), internet, online social platform.
  • Good at timeline management, a person promises to keep deadline.
  • Good at intercommunication skills, good listener, courage to provide comments and share ideas.
  • Fair to good in English communication skills.

Senior Online Store Management Supervisor – urgently required!

Job Purpose

We are searching for an Online Store Manager (eStore Manager) to our growing eCommerce team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, can operate autonomously and can problem solve while keeping sight on the details of duties.

The e-Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the ecommerce store, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively. This includes but is not limited to storefront maintenance, product creation, order processing, vendor management, customer service support and inventory management. This position requires highly developed time management and attention to details. The ideal candidate must demonstrate an ability to think critically, execute processes efficiently, and adapt easily.

Responsibilities

  • An online store manager is responsible for everything that goes on in the store’s website.
  • Responsible for sales target.
  • Create a sales forecast and plan for the store.
  • Assist in creating sales offers and promotions. Think of ways to generate more traffic and find the way to promote the online store for example SEO.
  • Oversee and monitor online orders to ensure proper processing and on-time fulfillment of ecommerce stores.
  • Ensure compliance with client policies and procedures.
  • Participate in customer communication in regard to e-store management and processes.
  • Perform administrative activities associated with effective management of store operations.
  • Manage product catalog and inventory and provide status of out of stock and low volume.
  • Responsible for posting of products by posting product details, ensuring correct linking, pricing, and SKU set-up. This includes the posting/displaying of the goods, making sure that all links are working, updating the database, and of course, customer service. 
  • Provide prompt and efficient client service.
  • Work closely with a logistic company to ensure standard of delivery and good service.
  • Collaborate with all related departments for example brands, digital marketing, finance and etc to get the job done.
  • Create all related reports for ecommerce manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of two years as a ecommerce specialist – preferably working with or for

an ecommerce service provider or in the eCommerce space

  • Experience working with ecommerce platform “Magento”
  • Experience in order management, order processing and customer service problem solving
  • Detail oriented by focusing on the particulars of the work with an understanding of how it impacts the big picture
  • Ability to develop collaborative relationships with peers and business partners.
  • Good English language skills.
  • Good command of Microsoft offices (Excel, Words, and PowerPoint)

  • Ability to work evening hours and on weekends

Job Purpose

This position will work in a dynamic and fast- paced retail environment. He/she will be responsible for generating strategies to expand brand share, driving the growth of the brands, managing budget and taking care of all marketing aspect of the responsible brands.

 Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic plan and marketing activities in order to strengthen brand awareness & equity of assigned brands.
  • Plan and execute all marketing communications through media both online and offline channels.
  • Plan and execute marketing activities and campaigns, and be able to manage them to achieve ROI goals.
  • Plan and manage all marketing budgets to aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor, analyze, and evaluate marketing performance and consumer insight, identify market needs and liaise with related parties both within and outside company to improve performance.
  • Develop strong working relationship with the principle, key accounts and business partners.
  • Seek out new marketing opportunities that fit with the brands by anticipating consumer trends.
  • Develop high quality and supportive marketing materials (collaterals) that align with the brand strategies.
  • Seek for and collaborate with related KOL and athletes to support the brands and help boosting up brand awareness and engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master Degrees in business management fields
  • At least 3 year proven direct experience working in marketing field
