E-Commerce Manager [Urgent!!!]

Job Purpose

An e-Commerce Manager is responsible for online business and operation of all brands under TOG portfolio. He or she will be overseeing e-Commerce department from front end to back end including fulfillment team, and responsible for managing team to achieve department objectives via online channels including own.com, market place and etc. 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee, plan and manage all functions related to e-Commerce business.
  • Identify key business objectives for e-Commerce department, create and execute e-Commerce strategies that align with the objectives.
  • Create sales & budget plans, and manage P&L of e-Commerce business including sales, costs, debt, expenses and profit margin to align with company objectives.
  • Be responsible for driving business to achieve department KPIs.
  • Work closely with key account manager and brand teams to initiate yearly commercial plan, promotional campaigns and activities to drive business and generate sales.
  • Utilise effective digital marketing to support e-Commerce business.
  • Apply digital marketing tools and tactics to create awareness, drive traffic and generate sales. 
  • Monitor market trends, know consumers and competitors to identify opportunities and key issues for continuous improvement. 
  • Work closely with the team under supervision (digital marketing, graphic design, e-Commerce operation, customer service, fulfilment) and all related departments (i.e. brand, merchandise, logistic, finance, IT and etc.) as well as external third-party agencies in providing high standard online services to create remarkable customer experience and satisfaction.  
  • Be responsible for having regular business review meetings with business partners and third-party agencies to deal with ongoing issues and improve overall performance.
  • Build up good relationships with all strategic partners and third-party agencies.
  • Responsible for all business contracts and agreements with online business partners and third-party agencies.
  • Establish new online channels and expand scope of business.
  • Create weekly, monthly and yearly performance reports to present to management

Digital Marketing Supervisor [Urgent!!!]

Responsibilities

  • Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Designs, builds, and maintains company social media presence.
  • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Manage and utilize digital marketing tools and media to support brands under Thai Outdoor Group (TOG). Social media including Facebook, Instagram and Line OA. Digital marketing tools i.e. google search, mailchimp and etc.
  • Manage and utilize digital marketing tools and media to support all online channels which are marketplace platform (Lazada and Shopee) and own dot com store (LOTSThailand.com). 
  • Manage and utilize CPAS and other type of adverting tools to support all marketplace platform campaigns (for example mega and double digit campaigns).  
  • Monitor result of those media advertising campaigns and fine tune for effectiveness. 
  • Plan and manage digital marketing budget for TOG.
  • Responsible for livestreaming set up and manage OBS program. 
  • Online store performance monitoring i.e. user traffic, page view, conversion and etc., and improve the store performance.
  • Manage relationship and communication with online influencers/ Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and utilize them for digital marketing purpose.
  • Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to create effective marketing plan and optimize user experience.
  • Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.

Job Purpose

We are searching for an Online Store Manager (eStore Manager) to our growing eCommerce team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, can operate autonomously and can problem solve while keeping sight on the details of duties.

The e-Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the ecommerce store, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively. This includes but is not limited to storefront maintenance, product creation, order processing, vendor management, customer service support and inventory management. This position requires highly developed time management and attention to details.
