Manage and lead sales team (PC) both stand alone shop and shop in shop.
Drive sales team to meet company target and deliver consistency sales performance.
Control and Develop service standard as per company policy and procedure.
Regularly visit shops, train and develop sales associates.
Handle all documents related to product consultant team.
Coordinate with other department (HR, Finance, Purchase and warehouse) to ensure to support sales team.
Coordinate with key accounts in order to maintain relationship with them.
Ages not under 24 years
2-3 years experiences in retail (Lifestyle wear will be highly considered)
Occasionally travel (5-10%)
Microsoft Office, Internet is a MUST
Take brand ownership and manage the brand to align with the brand directions and company’s objectives
Clearly indentify brand SWOT, and create efficient brand strategies accordingly.
Align the brand strategies with the principle’s directions and company’s objectives and translate into tangible plans and execution.
Be able to do effective sales forecast and make sure all related functions are geared up to the same direction.
Always looks for new market opportunities that fit with brand and maximize the opportunities for growth.
Initiate marketing activities and campaigns, and be able to manage them to achieve ROI goals.
Develop high quality and supportive marketing materials that align with the brand strategies.
Manage advertising and media suppliers and ensure marketing budgets are well managed and aligned with business objectives.
Utilize digital marketing tools and tactics to create efficient brand awareness, and build up strong growth of e-commerce market.
Develop CRM program to strengthen customers’ brand loyalty and sustain growth.
Monitor market trends, know the customers and competitors to identify opportunities and key issues for continuous improvement.
Oversee all aspects of product management, i.e. identifying precise market requirements, purchasing (imported products) effectively to match with the market, pricing the right positioning, managing inventory level and etc.
Supervise and strengthen the sales team to boost up brand efficiency in terms of market share, sales growth, and retail management.
Oversee all aspects of brand’s stand alone stores to achieve service excellence and P/L objectives.
Coach the team members and get the most out of them.
Liaise with all related functions to ensure all of commercial goals of the brand are well achieved.
Develop strong working relationship with the principle, key accounts and business partners and work closely with them.
Provide summary reports to the principle with quality and in timely manner.
Regularly perform market visit where stores are located (in Bangkok and Up-country).
Travel oversea for business meetings.
Proven working experience as a brand manager or associate brand manager

Active sports brand management background will be specially considered.
Hands-on retail business background is also a plus.
