What you will do:
This person will play a key role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across in-store promotions, online platforms, and delivery services. You will drive awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty through strategic campaigns. This is a unique opportunity to influence market positioning and build meaningful connections with consumers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and drive business growth.
- Lead the go-to-market strategy for new product launches, promotions, and brand campaigns.
- Manage end-to-end marketing execution, including branding, digital marketing, social media, influencer partnerships, and offline activations.
- Optimize marketing campaigns by tracking key metrics, analyzing performance data, and refining strategies to improve results.
- Create targeted promotions and loyalty programs to encourage repeat orders and build a strong delivery customer base.
- Monitor and analyze store traffic and online sales metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing activities.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners, including agencies, operations, and vendors, to bring campaigns to life.
- Collaborate with store managers to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective execution of marketing materials.
- Analyze customer feedback and sales data to optimize in-store marketing strategies and improve overall performance.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in F&B, Retail, or eCommerce industry.
- Proven experience in managing both online and offline marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with Adobe Suite is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing, influencer collaborations, and performance marketing.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, both in Thai and English.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality.
